Did a little more this week

It's been a crazy week. I was informed that I will be going to nightshift until further notice and have been battling a CRAZY cold that has knocked me on my ass. But on a positive note I felt better on Saturday, which was the one year anniversary of my Dad's passing, and I took a trip up to Dixon's. Haven't been there since I was a kid and don't really remember too much. I felt that was a fine way to honor his memory. I bought some inletting black, a copy of Dixon's book which I have been wanting, and the current issue of Muzzleloading Mag. All in all a nice trip. I was able to finish up getting the lockplate inletted. Going to clean it up some more this week and worked on inletting the breech bolt area. I miss measured the depth and came up short for the back of the barrel/breech plug. better short than long?!?! (ha! my wife says that's not true!) Anyways, I will finish that up and shape the tang and inlet it next. Anyone have any criticisms or ideas or hints, Please feel free to leave em'!
